Life does not always go according to plan. The things that we plan in our mind or on paper do not always go according to plan but we can always make a better job of making sure that they do. Any first attempt at anything can be excused if everything does not go according to plan but if the same mistakes keep on occurring, there is something wrong with that picture. There is something wrong with not learning from the mistakes that were made.
There are some things that you can take care of immediately but do not due to a lack of organization or forgetfulness and they come back to haunt you or can cost you more mentally, physically or financially than they should have due to the lack of organization. A good example of financial disorganization is like having the money to pay a bill but forgetting about it or procrastinating about it and then you get hit with a late fee, due to a lack of an organized mind or life.
There are some things that we are solely responsible for and can lay blame nowhere else, should things not go according to plan and there are some things that we have to do with others as a joint venture or as a team and it is easier to lay blame or point fingers. In either case neither frustration nor negativity will better help you accomplish your goals. A clear focused mind and positivity will serve you much better.
I was recently engaged in the organization of a 50th wedding anniversary event and it reflected the need for the positive and the need for organization to get things accomplished. The event went reasonably well and the celebrants were a happy couple at the end of the day, but they did not get to see any of the chaos that occurred due to some lack of organization and communication. In the midst of the chaos, I found myself being drawn towards negative energy and being engaged with negative frames of minds but the positive nature of the event and other positive minds cleared the mist and redirected my energy to a more successful outcome.
When it comes to any joint venture, communication is vital to organization. When it comes to team work, you have to know the strengths and weaknesses of others as well as those you can rely on and those who you cannot rely on. You have to know the positive and the negative nature of others that belong to your team and how they can affect organization in a positive or negative manner.
When it comes to a group event and you have to pay for some services, make sure that they are well organized and that you are getting the right person for the job by virtue of character, reputation and or firsthand knowledge of their services. If you are providing any services whether personal or professional, make certain that you are well organized.
Desperation is the mother of invention and leads to compromises or sacrifices. Organization is the mother of and the key to success. Without some system of organization to any given task, any given day or towards your life, success keeps on walking further away from you.
Wake up and get organized and you will feel more positive about yourself and life. Get organized and you will find yourself accomplishing much more than if you were in a constant state of disorganization.
Accomplish your goals with the help of some organization and you will also find fulfillment.
