Wake up & think positive
A wise woman once told me that it is best not to go to sleep with or on an argument but to resolve any prior arguments and have a good night's rest. Hopefully you did not go to bed after an argument but went to bed with your partner and ended up on top of your partner or vice versa. Hopefully you had a wonderful weekend and did not have an argument with a family member or anyone else either.
If you did not have a wonderful weekend because of an argument or you did not get to cuddle up with your partner for the same reason, wake up with forgiveness in your heart and let it travel to your mind and express itself through your vocal cords.
" Be Kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ b also has forgiven you. " Ephesians 4:32
Forgiveness is particularly important between couples, between siblings, between friends and between family as they are the most important branches to your tree of life. Forgiveness is important to all your realtionships, but the closer the relationship, the more important forgiveness becomes.
It takes two to create an argument but it takes one to build the bridges between the two that the argument has caused some damage. It is okay to admit that you are wrong, if you were wrong and it is okay to be the one to apologize about the argument. It is human to err but divine to forgive.
It is sad to see a beautiful relationship get ugly because of an argument and it is a tragedy for love to be replaced by resentment. Love can heal most things, if you let it and forgiveness keeps the heart and mind open to love.
Wake up with forgiveness in your heart and free your mind from the baggage and burden of what was.

There are some days to life, when you just wake up and wonder what the day holds in store for you. There are some days when you might wake up dreading the day ahead and there are some days when you might wake up and even feel cursed with circumstances. The good news is that you are not bound to circumstances and can break the curse of circumstances by applying unprecedented dedication and due diligence. You can break the curse by casting your own spell of positivity and creativity.
You are blessed. We are all blessed in our own special way and even the challenges that we all face may be blessings in disguise. Any curses that belong to you may be assigned to you by life to test your resilient spirit and creativity or they may be of your own negligence. Either way, your blessings are many and you have great power to break free. First of all you have to know that you are blessed, appreciate your blessings and use your gifts to vanquish circumstances.
When it rains in your life, know that the sun will come and dry up the water. Maybe a rainbow will follow the rain also. When the sun gets too hot, know that a gentle breeze may follow to cool you down. If the breeze does not follow, you still have the opportunity to dress down.
Look around you when the rain falls in your life and know that the rain is all around you but comes with reason. If it is a curse, it is a story that belongs to the multitude as are the blessings and the blessings have more chapters to each story. Look around you even while it is raining and you will see blessings and the brighter side to life. Look within you and find your own blessings and help the universe bless others.

Wake up and feel blessed. Each new day is an opportunity for appreciation of what you have, for change and for more blessings.
Wake up and feed your body and your brain. There is great power to your brain and mind power and they affect how you feel and how your body feels. Your brain is like the engine that makes almost everything work or fail. Your thought patterns shape how the day unfolds and ultimately how your life unfolds.
Your brain is connected to your body. If your body feels great, your brain feels great. If your mind feels great, then your potential and creativity have a greater opportunity to come out and play. Feed your body the right food and you feel energetic. Feed your body and you fuel your mind with energy. Feed your body and mind before you set out to work or for the day ahead.
Your mind and your brain power are your greatest weapons. Make your brain work for you. In saying that I do not mean make a slave of your brain or over exert yourself. I mean let your brain flow like a breeze and not with a migraine from worry or like there is a hurricane in your head. A healthy brain operates smarter than a starved brain. A healthy brain works like a well taken care of car on even a bad road or on a bad day.
The environment that you find yourself in can affect your brain and your thought process but the healthy and smart brain has the capacity to override the negative effects of any environment. The healthy and smart brain has a compartment to it that contains so much positivity, that there is little room for negativity to override the positivity.
This is not to say that just because this compartment of your brain contains a lot of positivity that it
is invulnerable, cannot deteriorate or disappear. That is why you need to feed your body and nourish your mind with positive and powerful thoughts for the day ahead. As the energy depletes, you replenish it through the day, just as you would add gas to your car to keep it running. It cannot run on an empty tank. You work better also with something in your stomach and a healthy mind frame.
There are other factors that can affect the healthy and positive part of your brain, just as there are factors that can affect a brand new car. Time and age change affect almost everything and everyone to some degree but the more that you take care of anything or yourself, the less of an impact they have.
You have to take care of what is and what is yours, in order to preserve what is in good condition or to make it even better. You have to protect what is yours and treat it as an investment. You have to take care of and protect your brain power. Eat the right foods and absorb the right liquids to nourish your body and feed your mind with the right thoughts to empower your mind and preserve the positivity compartment that exists in your brain.
Adopt a healthy mind. Adopt a healthy brain life style. Being regimental is not one of my strong points
and being regimental can sometimes become too monotonous for the brain but making a practice of being healthy and taking care of your brain is highly recommended.
It is like taking your car for a wash every now and again or taking your car for a check- up from time to time. It is not something you have to do every day or even every week but something you have to pay attention to. It is like going to the doctor for a checkup from time to time. The big difference is that this is your brain and an integral part of you, which requires more attention, more regular checkups and can be given more personal attention.
Everything or almost everything is connected. We are all connected to the universe and the universe has provided us with all the knowledge that we actually need to preserve our bodies, our minds and to live a long healthy life. The knowledge is abundant and your brain is the key to a healthy positive life in any environment and in spite of any circumstances.
Do not neglect your mind. As a society, we tend to place a lot of emphasis on how we look or how we should look but how we look is nowhere near as important as how the mind looks. How the mind looks is of course more difficult to tell than the physical look because appearances can be deceiving and because the mind can be a genius at deceiving itself and others.
Engage in physical activities but not for the purposes of vanity. If your motive is vanity that objective may automatically fulfill itself through the health body and mind agenda, Engage in physical and mental activities to co-ordinate your mind and body. Stimulate your mind with positive thought. Both physical activity and positive thought have the power to deflect stress and worry, which affect your brain power. The deflection of stress and worry provide both time and room for creativity of the mind to find a solution to the worry or to relieve the source of stress.
Eat well, think well, feel well, be well and have a healthy positive day and life.

Everything in life requires some attention and some energy. Everything that you do requires some energy. Everything that you do requires you to spend some energy and so everything costs energy.
It takes some energy to wake up in the morning, get dressed and go to work. It takes some energy to make breakfast in the morning. If that energy or time associated with that energy is spent on something else, either you have no breakfast before you leave home or the energy is spent at another time or lost.
It takes some energy to drive to work or anywhere else and while you are exerting your energy doing that, you cannot be elsewhere doing something else. You can spend your energy on a number of things at the same time within the same space and time zone, which is called multitasking but everything that you do requires spending some energy.
You could be stuck in traffic and spend your energy getting frustrated or alternatively use the opportunity to stay calm and preserve your energy or direct it to constructive thought. You could be on the phone trying to resolve some issues and spend your energy that way, although texting and driving is not recommended.
When you get to work, you are spending your time and energy to make a living. You are spending your time, your energy and ultimately your life working for someone else. Even if you are working for yourself you are spending energy and time, although maybe that is energy better spent and more fulfilling.
You can spend your energy and time being productive and constructive or spend your energy and time being lazy or playing the role of critic or gossip. I prefer the productive and constructive option. Even gossip takes up some energy but is it energy well spent or energy that could be utilized more constructively and productively?
Each and every capacity of us takes up energy and time. It takes a lot of energy to be a husband or wife, parent or guardian, professional, worker, baby sitter. friend or even foe. At the end of the day, a lot of energy is spent and you reach exhaustion.
If you have enough energy left from your reserves or from a few cans of red bull, you might just be able to sit down and catch an episode of your favorite TV series. If you have spent your energy wisely and have some left, you might just be able to spend some time with family or some quality time by yourself. If you still have energy left you might just be able to slot in a moment of passion or you might even forget about having a meal and have no energy left for a passionate moment and schedule that for the weekend.
Maybe tomorrow, I will spend some energy on myself and or my dreams, you might tell yourself. Maybe, maybe not. Maybe tomorrow, I will get to do what I did not do today, you might try and convince yourself. The trick is to manage and spend your energy wisely. You have some time, but not all the time in the world.You have to spend and direct your energy wisely. Spend some energy on yourself and your dreams. It is not being selfish but being sensible about how you expend your energy.Spend some energy and time with family and friends and lovers and delegate some energy and time to work. Be proactive, not reactive.
Spend your energy wisely today, through the week and the days ahead and ultimately you spend your life wisely.
